Openings for full-time doctors working an average of 30–36 hours per week. Our greatest need is for overnight shifts. Competitive compensation ranges from $200K–$360K, based on experience, skills, and schedule, with additional bonuses for exceeding production goals.
Newer Graduates
The 1st Pet Veterinary Centers Emergency Mentorship Program provides a career development pathway tailored to your goals in emergency practice. The program offers a sustainable, enjoyable, and flexible work environment that promotes work-life integration. Starting salary for the first year is $120K, with one-on-one mentorship transitioning to more independent shifts. We have one opening for early 2025, and four openings for summer 2025.

Join our team of 11 primary care and rehabilitation doctors, 21 emergency doctors, Board Certified Surgeon, 2 Internal Medicine Specialists, and Critical Care Specialist. We have an active Veterinary Social Worker program to support both our team members and clients. We are growing quickly. Our greatest need is for overnight emergency doctors, but we are also looking for Urgent and Primary Care doctors, as well as Internists, Surgeons, and other affiliated Specialists.

Compensation:
We offer a very competitive compensation package.
